For me, I think a good sense of humor and having a few similar interests is important. Also, as a general rule of thumb, I want to be with someone who has a good reputation. I won't be dating a bad boy in the hopes of being the one girl to fix him. If he hasn't been trustworthy in past relationships or seems shady with other women, then that's not the guy for me.

Yeah when I was a teen... It was entertaining to be with the "bad boy" but now that I am all grown up, it is just a huge turn off. Lying, drama, hidden life, its just all bs. It is a huge relief to be in a relationship with someone who isn't a complete tool. I only had 3 boyfriends (one being my now husband) and the two first ones were, to be frank, morons. lol
