I've been through this scenario many a times at my work place. And I'm telling ya, Its hard to keep my composer. There were times I cried. Ya just gotta learn to block out all the stupidity from other people's behaviors and how they treat you. It's a cruel world at times and sometimes ya just gotta take a step back, breath in real deep, let it all out slowly, and push in thru.
