Okay...sounds like a big deal...
What's his in-ring style like? Using the current WWE roster as a guide...
Who would you compare him to?
He's a bit of a chameleon. He changes depending on what is expected of him. He can do high flying, he can do big match sports entertainment stuff, he's technically sound. Very similar to AJ Styles in that way. AJ is probably the best comparison with a bit of Rollins thrown in. A bigger AJ styles with Rollins influences is a decent comparison.

His one downside is that he can be a bit corny when not in a big match situation. But when he is expected to deliver, he delivers. And that's not necessarily a bad thing

I noticed the corny bit in New Year's Dash.

Okay...so I can see why this guy is rated so highly...

I like his look...or how he looks like a member of
Gun'N'Roses from back in the 80's...his in-ring style
seems pretty dynamic and he looks really powerful
for his size.

Okay...I have been educated on Kenny Omega...
Thanks for that.

Yeah, it was a bit weird he wasn't pissed off and killing dudes with knee strikes considering he came up short in the ME of WK 11, but instead he worked a comedy tag match.

I guess you can't be mad at him, either, since he was all bruised and battered since he worked his ass off the night before.

I'm glad he's taking time off, though. He deserves it and when he comes back, he'll be rejuvenated.

Wasn't weird at all. He was motivationally broken. This entire angle is him being "burned out" after going all in and failing

From his latest interview with Tokyo sports.

Where yo' grandma stay.
Omega ain't going nowhere, you all worked yourselves you jabroni marks...Besides he's better off sticking in New Japan unless WWE offers him something well worth his time.

Omega is locked into a longterm deal with New Japan from what I have been able to piece together. Not to mention he lives in Japan as Leo said. Most likely he is taking a break and comes back some time in the spring/summer. It makes sense considering the results on the 4th and 5th
His current deal expires on the 31st of January so Rumble isn't possible but it's still possible he goes to WWE.

According to the Observer it's the 31st.

Dave Meltzer, for what it's worth (and he happens to be wrong A LOT) also said on Wrestling Observer Radio that people in New Japan have also indicated that Kenny Omega has already resigned a long term deal with them. So he basically covered his ass by saying both his contract may expire and may not expire on January 31. Regardless of what Kenny does, he can say he was right.

Kenny Omega is not coming to WWE anytime soon. He is not an idiot. He is the second biggest star in NJPW right now. He was the first gaijin to win the G1 Climax. That alone tells him how NJPW values his worth. He will undoubtedly be a future IWGP Champion. With his personality, if he came to WWE, he would be turned into a complete joke. Vince would likely enjoy his more outrageous behavior BUT he wouldn't take Omega seriously. If he signed Omega, it would simply be to take him from New Japan. He would likely have a good first couple months and he would become Gallows and Anderson. WWE would love to take the guy who took on NJPW's top guy and took him to the limit in what many are calling the best match ever, and make him Roman Reigns' bitch. Kenny is smart. He knows that.

So it's stay in NJPW and with a company that respects you, will pay you a lot and have you on top for likely a long time... or go to WWE, who will treat him as a joke and likely cut him loose in about two years after all their "top guys" have had their way with him.

Omega ain't going anywhere.
