You first! ;o]
The past several months have nothing but him build himself as one of the most hated figures in pro-wrestling today.
....AND being an integral part of Miz & Bryan's pushes. (Although I would 'agree' that he has got himself over far more than those he's been 'deployed' to help and, topically, all too frequently the commentary booth becomes far too focussed 'on' him.)
They are slowly building him to do something big and I wish they would start to focus a little more attention to him lately to foreshadow what that something is.
Maybe screwing Lawler and getting the above two guys over was as big as it is/was intended to get?
TBH, I'd welcome that. IMO, we really don't need another figure like Mr McMahon chomping their way through TV time. Mid-card guy's struggle to get enough TV time to get over in as it is (further compounded by the evidence that in some cases it's felt that a mere single TV appearance or even a few vignettes should be enough to get a guy over).
I wouldn't mind him being the GM considering the fact that he's over as fuck and needs to take the next step forward.
Characterwise, I have no problem with it, but see above...
I just find it curious that virtually no-one seems to be considering any kind of swerve bearing in mind even a mentally challenged 5 year old would have had the thought that "Hmmm, maybe Cole is the GM"...
Food for thought..... Surely he's not beavering away out of camera shot; emailing himself regarding spontaneously evolving situations as they arise throughout the show?
