Could've had some "Cuban corn on the cob" with your lasagna, bro:
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 and a 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 ears of fresh corn, husks removed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Combine the first four ingredients in a shallow dish. Grill corn over high heat (450-600 F) covered, turning frequently, 8-10 minutes or until done. Brush corn with butter and roll in herb mixture.
I don't cook much since it's just me, but I love me some southern cooking.
