Texas Roadhouse Ribeye steak, mashed potatoes, and a warm brownie with chocolate sauce for my (one day early) birthday dinner with my dad. My sugar high says "let's run 10 miles" while my body, sore and aching from walking 15 miles over two days in Chicago this weekend, says "let's sit on the couch and watch wrestling all evening.
