Nightmare on Elm Street 2: Freddy's Revenge. Just when Fred Krueger is about to kill his victims with his claws, the suspenseful music plays, tension builds up--it's either a dream or the gorier parts are cut out. At the pool party, a young man tries to calm Freddy down and all Freddy does is push him into the bar-b-que grill. I will say this about Nightmare on Elm Street 2: it's much better than Nightmare on Elm Street 4: Dream Master and Freddy's Dead: the Final Nightmare. The co-star Kim Myers looks like a young Meryl Streep.
