I've never really purchased many albums. Either someone in my family already owned them or my brother went and bought it for the both of us without me having to put down a dollar. That was the case way back in the late 90's when we first got into Black Sabbath and Ozzy Osbourne. He went out and bought up all the albums and I never had to pay for anything.

"Beatles 65" 33 1/3 record at G.E.M.(Government Employees Mart) back in early 70's. Both the Beatles and GEM are out of business.
