They could do a lot better with the TV Title they currently have. I mean, having Robbie E as the champ and not having him on each week defending it is pretty poor on TNA's part. Everyone should know that RVD was the most successful ECW World Television Champion, having held the title for 23 months before a broken leg forced him to relinquish the title.
I would have RVD just come back, beat Robbie E in a non title match. Then at the next PPV, have him beat Robbie for the TV Title and let him have a long run with it and bring some decency back to the title, like TNA has done with the X-Division title.
