AJ vs Nak will be immediately before the ME of Brock vs Roman

Cruisers on the pre-show. Maybe even the Smackdown tag team championship match

No...I'd go with a straight tornado tag match...

The Intercontinental triple threat should be a ladder match...
all 3 of those guys have proven they can handle a ladder
match on big stage.

Actually now I've been thinking about this...I think the U.S title
triple threat match, the ATGMBR & Cruiserweight title match
should be on the kick off show.

Alexa vs. Nia should open the main show to get it out of the
way & hopefully get the crowd pumped up with a successful
cash in Carmella.

Then Alexa, Nia & Carmella can also be in the Women's Battle
Royal later in the night.

Plus it links with storyline perfectly. This threeway feud is a blood feud so it could do with a extreme competition. You have to remember the usos and new day are rivals so they are not just going team up against the bludgeon bros.

A fair call...I just think the New Day have an unfair advantage in that
situation...I mean...what's to stop Xaiver Woods from picking the right
moment to grab the belts with a 3 on 2 on 2 advantage? Unless the
WWE allow the Usos (Naomi) & Harper & Rowan (Bray? Sarah Logan?)
to have an ally during the match.

Why am I thinking about the TLC match at Wrestlemania 17?

oh man, I just thought about making a thread about this and then I saw this one lol. Given that the opener is arguably the 2nd best spot on the card, I'd give it to a big match with a lot of potential or a match I'd already consider a showstealer, like the last couple of years where the opener was on a technicality the match of the night. So as of right now, I can only see Bryan starting this thing off. Another reason for Bryan/Shane vs Owens/Zayn to open the show is that they also have a different tag match later on with HHH/Steph vs Ronda/Angle, so I'm guessing they wanna separate those as much as possible so it doesn't feel repetitive.

Other matches that could work are:

• IC title triple threat
• Smackdown Tag Titles (if they don't end up on the pre show)
• Raw Tag Team Titles (a mystery partner/open challenge is always a good opener as the mystery should get as much of a big pop as possible)

really siked for the opener one way or another, all 4 of them would set the tone well

Wrestlemania is in 2 weeks time. Its come along quick, and before we know will all be preparing to sit in front of our TV's for 7 hours (or whatever how long this year will be). So what match should go on first? I'm not talking about the first match on the kickoff show. I'm talking about what this year Shane v AJ will be.

The first match should be exciting high-quality wrestling to get everybody pumped. So which match fits that criteria?

IC title match should on first as it will get the show off to a good start.
