Honestly I'd be happy with the Admin team just being Mike Chaos, This Guy & Noumenon. Mike may be the douchiest of the three, but he's become an honest douche. So at least you know he's going to tell you straight up what's going on and why.

But if the staff is sure they want 4 Admins, and Beer doesn't want his, I'd still accept his vote of confidence. No matter what happens, anything is better than having two-faced yes-men lawling around like chickens with their heads cut off. A-hem, you know who I'm talking about.
