Like what New Japan does or what All Japan does? I know, they are similar, but there is some difference.

NJPW because I am not very familiar with AJPW, I only seen a handful of matches and they were from the 70s lol.

You never seen misawa or kobashi matches from all japan?

Now that you mention it... I seen some of Misawa's matches yeah, a long time ago but I remember now, on a wrestling stream and they were very good from what I remember. I never seen Kobashi matches tho but I am aware of his reputation.

Probably the two greatest wrestlers of all time, their matches with each other and in general are incredible. Two dudes beating the shit out each other, suplexes galore and stiff strikes, very hard hitting. Also I get quite emotional when i watch their battle together , hhey were so good at what they did, they make you emotionally invested and that is quite rare for me in wrestling only a few others have done that. Kobashi also had some a couple of great matches in ROH against samoa joe .

Not only everything you just said but when you watch Kobashi wrestle you saw his emotions, which was great, and when he faced not just Misawa, but anyone you could tell the story of the match. As well Misawa was the embodiment of the classic stone-faced wrestler, I mean the guy barely showed any emotions in the ring. I began rewatching a lot of old All Japan and I have to say anything with these two guys, though I am more of a Kobashi guy myself, you were in for a treat and hell of a match. Also, it is kind of funny to think that when Kobashi didn't think many people in America would know him when he faced Joe, but when he came out and the entire exploded and began chanting his name, he felt relieved and after the match in the backstage area he kind of got emotional because he couldn't believe how over he was in the States and how many people liked him in The States.
I mostly watched matches that featured Dory and Terry Funk. Those matches are legendary.
Ah, and those matches are great as well. Even the ones with Stan Hansen were great and legendary as well, but if you get some time I would check out a lot of matches from All Japan in the 80s and 90s as you had the wrestlers who became dubbed as The Four Kings of Wrestling, which were Misawa, Kawada, Kobashi, and Taue.

Oh ya, I know about Stan Hansen, I saw his match against vader where the eye popped out. That was in AJPW right?

I like strong style. All styles have pros and cons, but strong has the best ratio for me. The worst part about strong style is the damage it causes when done wrong - look at Shibata's headbutt incident - but when done right it is freaking amazing. British strong style is also real fun
