Rebounding has to be my favorite. For those who don't know, it is a miniature trampoline and you do different kinds of jumps on it. 20 minutes on one = 40 minutes walking/jogging/running depending on how hard you work. It is great for tightening skin, strengthens the lymph nodes and cleanses them, increases circulation, tones every muscle in the body, and its great for boobs. Seriously, any of you gals want to avoid saggy boobies when your older, get one! lol
