Actually, Puerto Ricans have Spanish, African and Native Indian blood flowing through our veins. The reason... Rap... Surprise sex from the Spaniards to the African slaves and the Natives that lived here prior to the Spanish people's arrival.

I'm Puerto Rican, black ( I refuse to say African American) and Cherokee Indian (mainly Puerto Rican though). I don't speak spanish.

Yeah, my parents were born there. Then came over to America, were I was born. Still celebrate all the holidays/culture.

and you most likely haven't met one because most are in washington DC, Seattle, Texas, and ohio, thats just the popular places.
