1. Curtis Axel
Nobody can convince me that he isn't a good wrestler nor that he could have been a star if he was protected and booked with even a semblance of competency. Yeah yeah, gully bully and all that shit, but NXT was a fucking joke back then and I doubt Curtis gave a shit. It also helps his dad is legit tied for my favorite wrestler of all time.
2. Shelton Benjamin
Great wrestler, decent talker, and one of the guys I really clung to when I first started watching. He had the natural Charisma and if they had just kept him babyface and booked him strong, he legit could have been a main eventer.
3. Hercules Hernandez
Fucking awesome guy. Athletic dude with a great build and could work. Maybe he was booked just about where he belonged in the WWF, but if I had Hercules Hernandez in 1986-1989, I'd fuckin make him a mega-star by rarely having him lose.
4. Earthquake
Quake-muffin, my dude. This man should have been a fucking world champion. The way I booked him in the Grimpact Zone was how WWE should have made him. A monster that kicks ass and dominates everyone. Even WCW dropped the ball on him tbh, but he was expired goods at that point. Just really sad because he was a star, sure, but he could have been a mega-star.
5. Steve Keirn
This man does not get enough love tbh. He was an excellent Tag Team performer with Stan Lane in the Fabulous Ones, and as a singles performer was on par with Bob Backlund for perceived in-ring ability. Yeah, he ended up being SKINNER and Doink-Brah-Brah, but Keirn deserves more love tbh.
