While that move isn't Finn's signature move per se, I guess you can call it a (flying) forearm smash.

Here, AJ Styles does it like this. It's the same move Finn used on Owens, but Styles uses it off the springboard.

It's hard to tell from the angle what he actually hit with, but I'd agree that it was likely the flying foremarm smash that Prince Balor suggested or a leaping punch (similar to the Superman Punch Reigns uses).
