What is the one football rule you would get rid off?

Mine would be the High Foot rule because it just doesn't make sense. Like how come a Overhead kick isn't a high foot and a free kick? It just confusing people.

Red Card. Old PS2 football that was based pretty much around that concept. Funny as fuck. :

I'd get rid of the stupid rule that you get yellow carded for removing your shirt during a celebration.

I would get rid of the offside rule... hell some times it's just stupid when they call some players offside by less than inches from the other player, besides if the goalie is that good he should be able to stop a goal at any moment; on the other hand if the player is that good he should score at any moment...

a high foot comes in when there is an equal chance of getting to the ball at the same time as an opponent player when the ball is at a headable height and you go for it with a foot. This creates a danger of serious injury

with an overhead kick/bicycle kick the player is usually falling backwards without any opponent players within a dangerous vicinity and the ball is usually connected with below head height

But a lot of overhead kicks happen in a crowded box so how is that not a high foot?
