What do you think? I think the WWE knows their future isn't in the greatest position right now. Wrestling is basically in a slump. TNA is a sinking ship. What if WWE wanted to join forces with TNA in some sort of wrestling relationship to stir up interest in wrestling again. It will probably never happen, but this is just a What If thread.

Just Think.....

Guys like Sting would finally have a match in the WWE. Perhaps Undertaker vs. Sting?

Bragging Right could be a WWE vs. TNA PPV

TNA would gain some additional exposure.

WWE's product would be improved, and could use some of the younger TNA talent in the future.

Cross Brand factions..... NEXUS taking on TNA Imapct, Hardy,Hogan, and Bischoff return to Raw.

Jeff Jarrett vs. WWE management fued

WWE NXT with TNA stars

Kane vs. Abyss

AJ Styles vs. Everyone

Do you think the WWE has anything to gain by this? Certainly TNA would probably jump all over this but would WWE benefit at all?

If it did happen, what would you want to see?

^^^ That's the answer. End of thread.

But just hypothetically speaking, if TNA was ever marketable enough to ever make this any sort of profitable for the E, AJ working Tyson Kidd or Evan Bourne would be sick. Abyss would look to shrimy compared to Kane, so bahhhh to that. But some other things I'd like to see:

Joe/ Husky Harris
Wolfe/Daniel Bryan
Big Show vs the entire X division in a squash of epic proportions
Edge and Christian showing their superiority to Druggie and Chubby, the Hardy Boyz.

Yeah, realistically WWE would have nothing to gain, however that is by no means going to stop so many dream matches/feuds to be mentioned like:

Jericho/AJ
Joe/Jericho
AJ/Bourne
Sting/Taker
Angle/Punk
Joe/Punk (I know it happened in ROH, but I never have actually seen them feud)

Go track down their RoH trilogy, Those are easily the greatest indy matches/feud, ever. It makes me sad when I think of how awesome RoH was from 03-06 and how deep they were in talent and while still a good promotion, the roster and storylines just don't hold the jock of what it was doing seven years ago.

I wrote about this hypothesis in a thread a few months back.

If TNA were to fire Dixie, bring in somebody from the old days (Nashville or Georgia South or something) and approach the WWE about "burying the hatchet" (although WWE never even recognized the hatchet, lol ;) ) and building some cross promotion events every year, then I think it would elevate both companies, to be honest. It'd be cool to see a commercial advertisiing (for example) CM Punk wrestling Samoa Joe on TNA. Both companies could trade talent here and there, but it would be fresh and more memorable if it were used sparingly.. You could have AJ Styles end up as a mystery entry in the Royal Rumble, and end up being the last eliminated, setting up a future feud somewhere down the road...

This is a possible way forward for TNA. Don't try to BEAT the WWE, try to get onto the same level as them.
Just so long as they don't do another GODDAMNED Invasion Angle again.

Or WWE can buy TNA and make real names out of guys like Sabin, Styles, Shelly, and Kaz.

Yeah but then the WWE would have no competition and it would be gay.

Not that TNA is much competition now but it's sort of lame when a company has no one to go up against.

If TNA could stop sucking dick and actually be good again and give the WWE some REAL competition, that would be awesome, much like the old WCW vs WWE days.

Yeah I think everyone would rather TNA just be good again and be a threat to WWE. That would mean for them to stop eating out WWE's garbage can, tighten up their booking/adverstising and actually focus on building their original talents. All of which are strictly taboo to TNA these days.

you posting is never a good thing for IWF. Don't call other people's ideas horrible when you are literally the worst IWF poster in it's entire history.

If TNA and WWE were to merge i would love to see one more Hardys vs E & C vs Dudleys TLC match, though it would probably be terrible considering how old they all are now, the rungs of the ladders would probably buckle when Fatt and Meth Hardy started climbing, E & C would probably be the matches saving grace.

Ok bro I will do that, I have heard nothing but good things about the feud they had and I have seen bits and peices of the matches but never the entire thing. One thing I read about it was that it was the indy equivilant to Rocky/Austin
