Has anybody played Tekken 6? I've heard from some people that Namco sold out and spent a lot of time on getting the game to work on the 360 instead of making improvements to the franchise. I don't have it yet but if its true i'll be pissed. Some games going multi platform hold back the franchise. I just can't understand why Namco couldn't keep it exclusive so they would get much larger sales on the PS3 and maybe port it to the 360 later on to make a little more extra money. As a Tekken fan I'm hoping it's not a cash in.

I haven't played it yet, but some reviews have said it's basically just like every other Tekken game that's come out. A few extra characters, a few characters taken out, no real inspiring improvements or extras. Just the same old arcade mash up style Tekken has always been.

Some people say don't fix it if it aint broke, but if the reviews are right then Tekken 6 may just cause a huge drop in sales when they make Tekken 7 because Namco hasn't given it's fanbase any reason to believe that they are going to evolve the game at all.

Having played Tekken 3 and 5 I can say they were making nice improvements. Dead or Alive is the best example for no improvements but it has an updated roster. Man Tekken is my favorite fighting game franchise it will suck if its not that great. After the average Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe I was hoping Tekken would bring back my love for fighters. oh well maybe a new mature MK can do it or super street fighter IV.

$1500.00 US aprox. Thats a rough estimate of what its worth. I actually have an e-mail to namco directly asking for an exact price.

20 bucks and a chocolate milk?

But that'd be so cool to have. I want one of those old NBA Jam ones, cos I remember as a little kid mashing the buttons and watching the black guys FLY.

well actually it turns out that famous was closer with his amount. I misread, there is actually another zero on there..... I did some more looking around and have sent an official request to namco for pricing, but from what I'm reading online, a lot of people were suprised that Namco was charging over 10,000 for this machine. But if you've seen it you'd kinda understand why. It has a flat 37 inch high def screen, it is not the traditional cabnit type arcade machine.

Man that would be awesome to have, the last one I played was tekken tag, it was pretty awesome at first.

Tekken 6 is awesome to the guys who weren't sure, they kept pretty much every character and have alot of new characters, some are pretty freakin great too. They have this arcade battle thingy where you face all these guys but I didn't get far into it, the versus and shit is what you'd expect, not to much different but its still probably worth buying, I definitely should have got that instead of gay streetfighter :smh
