Yeah, I just wouldn't add anymore sledgehammer stuff. Hell, for a guy who lost clean to Bray a couple of months ago, beating Hunter, Orton, and Batista in one night is a bit far-fetched. But they thought his popularity would die down and he'd return to the mid-card. His overness prevented that burial until Vince gave in.
I read that the ME was scheduled for a triple threat, people thought "oh Punk is coming back" but not me. I knew that it finally meant they gave in, and implemented Bryan into the ME. The entire story-line, for me at least, is predictable, but I enjoy seeing Bryan get his first real reign. I just hope they can pull it off without making everyone seem entirely weak in the process.

We're entering Cena territory already with the idea that Bryan will do it, so I wouldn't add anything else to it.

The complaint and criticism of Cena isn't that he manages to persevere and prevail against overwhelming odds. Nearly every babyface has that kind of booking at some point, no matter how invincible it may make them seem. The complaint is that Cena's been doing it for nearly a decade and it's the same old shit at this point. Bryan, on the other hand, has been pushed for the last couple of years but still hasn't even received an actual reign with the WWE Championship yet. No matter how strong they book Bryan at Wrestlemania or any other event, we're still a long ways away from Bryan entering Cena territory.

Not really. People were mad when Cena beat Brock with two moves and when he saw off Sandow's surprise cash-in with one arm. Bryan pulling this off is on equal levels if not worse. As you say Bryan probably won't be doing it regularly, it's just the circumstances mean he has to.

The Lesnar match largely bugged people because many felt Brock shouldn't be jobbing in his first match back, let alone to a guy who was simply "overcoming the odds" like he had been doing for the past seven years. I also think it's safe to say Bryan will be using more than just two or three maneuvers to win either of his two matches at Wrestlemania. I didn't find much problem with Cena defeating Sandow, personally.

Well, Daniel Bryan is a legit 'underdog' and isn't some 35x Champion with the body of a bodybuilder. But yeah, still, it'll get old after a while.
