I'm a manager so not much lols. I look after stock and cash and that sort of thing and keep crew happy and morale high. But mainly I keep people motivated and deal with complaints and things like that I'm at my store the go to guy for customer and crew complaints as according to my boss I command a lot of respect form my staff so I deal with that sort of thing. Human Resources officially.

HAHA it is and isn't as I rose up from the ranks of burger flipper as ppl call it so if it's busy I enjoy working with my mates and crew behind the fryers and grills It's a good laugh and ppl have a good mentality I am however supposed to do less work on the floor than I do and more in an office but as I said I've risen from the bottom so I help out when I can.

So you basically went from 'burger flipping' to managing?

Ok, but you've risen from the bottom, so you started in the kitchen, and became manager after a while?

Yeah basically I started at the bottom and I'm a manager now.
