What's with the random hate of football? Mourinho is so entertaining, and Ian Holloway is possibly the GOAT interviewer lmao. AVB is class? I think he's done a decent job, but the only job he has been class at is Porto. Rumours are one of the most fun thing to discuss imo.

Rumours are fun - how? They're frustrating and a waste of time. I don't understand how people would enjoy discussing rumour. The transfer either happens or it doesn't. We can discuss it when it's completed, right?

Mourinho's so arrogant and has the media sat on his dick. The shit he does on touchlines like poking people in the eye is cringey. Also, I hate his lack of faith in youth players because he know he'll leave in 2/3 seasons so there's no point in him planning for the long-term. Holloway just comes across as a wanker who tries hard to make people laugh.

I love football. I have a season ticket at York City, my local team, and watch 3/4 games a week from Prem, La Liga, UCL etc.

They're not frustrating at all. How can you let rumours frustrate you? If Ronaldo is rumoured to come back to United, it's fun to discuss it. Whether he'd fit in again etc. Rumours are great to discuss as you can talk about if it's a good/bad signing and stuff.

Mourinho being arrogant = his best feature. The guy is awesome. English media may be on his dick yeah, because he sells papers due to his awesome interviews. Everyone has done horrible antics on the pitch, he's one of the greatest of all time. I too dislike his lack of faith in younger talent. Holloway comes across as a wanker... :stfu: and :gtfo:

It's frustrating to see the amount of time dedicated to rumours in newspapers and on TV when you know about 10% of them will actually happen.

Holloway has always been a tit :harvey:

United have a LOT more glory fans now than when Sir Alex took over, and even then many fans wanted him out after 3 unsuccessful seasons, so I reckon Moyes' head will be up for grabs if we win nothing next season. United fans like to go around and take the piss out of clubs like Chelsea and Madrid for appointing so many different managers, but they did that when SAF - the GOAT manager - was here for a stable 26 years. It'll be a much different story next season if Moyes doesn't succeed, though I expect United to stick with him regardless.

It will also be interesting to see what the Glazers will do if Moyes have a really bad start, will they fall for the pressure or stick with their manager until the storm clears up a bit?
But I don't think there's too much to worry about, United has a strong team and Moyes is a good manager.

What do you think would be the limit? He has to be in with the a shot of the title anything less is poor imo, not sure what parameters that falls under though. I'm rooting for Man U because I love Moyes so much.

2 trophy-less seasons and he'd be out imo. It definitely relies on how well he does though. If he loses the title on goal-difference, gets to a semi-final in the CL and a final for the domestic cup then he's definitely safe. If he loses all three without even a sniff then he'll probably be given one more season, big financial backing, and then if the same happens he'll be gone.

I too love Moyes and think I called him replacing SAF on here a year or so ago. I can't take any credit ofc as it was pretty obvious. He has the Man Utd factors all over. He is loyal, he develops young players, he's Scottish, he doesn't put himself in the spotlight, he has an eye for a signing, he can motivate his players. I'm still nervous as managing Everton is SO much different, but I'm also excited as Utd have yet again done something different in the managerial side of the game and Moyes having success will be a GREAT thing for football. As Neville said, it'll bring normality back into the game.

Not bad. Sporting are my Portuguese team too; love them. Their academy is awesome.

Llori will be great imo. Capel is already great.

Llori may be going to Liverpool.
