SummerSlam What are the chances Cena loses at Summerslam?

I agree. Not that I think Bryan would suddenly cease to be over if they don't capitalize right now in the biggest way, but history has shown what common sense should dictate, which is that putting the strap on someone when they're at their hottest and when the fans want to see them win the championship is the bright thing. This didn't happen with Lex Luger the two times that different promotions had the chance to make him into a big main event star (with Flair in the NWA, and with Yokozuna at Summerslam 1993) and he lost momentum both times. Similar thing happened to Ryback last October. Bryan is as popular as he's ever been, so having him go become champion just to see what kind of lightning they may capture in a bottle (not that I think he's the next mega star, but it could easily be the start of a consistent main event career for sure) seems the smartest business move.

I honestly feel like Orton wont even cash in till after SummerSlam. I get the feeling WWE is going to make Orton a full blown heel before they have him cash in. They've already had someone, who was supposed to be face, win the World Championship with heel tactics. I doubt they repeat that.

i get the feeling that if cena was to drop the title to someone it would be bryan like how he did at mitb 2011 against cm punk i see bryan in a similar position by being ready to be pushed on to being the next main event star

TBH a Cena win would be golden just to see the tears on here, and strangely enough i was thinking about this earlier, we had the summer of Punk, then maybe it could get topped by the biggest face in the company and we have the summer of Cena, i really hope not but i can see it happening

I'm picking Bryan to win...clean with no cash in afterwards. The reactions he was getting Monday were insane and the reactions he has been getting from other "less smart" crowds have been awesome too, people power has to win out....doesn't it?

Yeah, I see something like this happening as well. Would be a good way to finally turn Orton heel (LMFAO NEVER GONNNA HAPPEN, I know).
I really wouldn't have a problem with it either, as long as Bryan ends up feuding with Orton and beats him at a later PPV. Bryan going over Cena (for the title) and then going over Orton (again for the title) could do wonders.

This is how I see things shaping up. I think Cena will lose at Summerslam to DB and DB will lose it after Orton cashes in on him. I certainly hope DB will win back the WWE Championship from Orton at another PPV since he's well-deserving of the title.
