I'm not a pro but I often use Photoshop Express and Lightroom for photo editing. Plus I found many useful apps for iphone that can help to invert colors on a picture here https://skylum.com/how-to/how-to-invert-a-picture-on-iphone. Never thought it could be so easy to do. There are several fantastic photo-editing capabilities in iCloud Photos and all of them are described in the article. Useful blog for photographers and newbies.

Photopea. It functions very similar to Photoshop but it's free and works in the browser. Very easy to use and a great alternative.
