I clear my internet history/remove login details when I want to take a break from a website, I'm bad at just opening it up without thinking about it

If I plan on taking a couple of days away from WS as an example, I always do this and I remove bookmarks and stuff from my phone

Yeah it's crazy how I can browse my phone and open websites without even thinking about it, it's become some kind of reflex.
