Still, they had two perfect chances to get the strap off of him. Once against Crimson, and once against Kaz at a PPV.

Indeed, that's true. Crimson and Kaz could've held the TV title and it would've been pretty good.

I can rest the case for Kaz not wining the title in a both real and kayfab way. Hogan said he doesn't want to have one man hold two different titles. Rememebr the ultimatum he gave to Aries prior to dropping the X Title/winning the WHC...
