Was Jeff Jarrett ever more entertaining than in his MMA gimmick?

The internet is full of blueberries that's why, I'm all for differing opinions but the majority hate for no reason. That's why I like this place the invasion hasn't begun yet.

Most cite him being overpushed in WCW and booking himself to the title a bunch of times in TNA. Then they spout off the typical Corentte quote "Broke a thousand guitars and never drew a dime" line and call it a day. Pussies.

It's funny that the majority will rock CM Punk avatars whilst complaining about drawing money too, either that or Daniel Bryan ones. I'm all for indie wrestling but you can't hate on one guy for not drawing then support those two who fail to draw either without expecting some backlash.

I really don't care who draws and who doesn't. I'll let WWE sweat that. It is something to consider when talking about a guys career, but it is no reason to hate a performer. If he entertains you he entertains you.

Quite ironic that there's boring chants in the OP video, lol.

It's heat lol, he deliberately stretched it out to annoy people. Jericho did it all the time with his slow ass promos, it's text book heeling it up.

I never considered boring as heat. Well, there's two different kinds I suppose. If a heel with no momentum gets boring chants because everyone is legitimately bored, does that count as heat? I know the heels slowing down promos stuff, but sometimes the crowd are just legitimately bored lol.

Wrestling fans are idiots. Doesn't surprise me that they would hate on a great promo.

They were also chanting for Kurt and offering boos too so I doubt they were legitemately bored lol, plus it was the IZ crowd possibly on a bad day.

Tbh I despise any crowd chanting boring. If you don't like the guy then ignore the promo, but chanting boring must be incredibly off putting for performers, especially if what you are given is scripts from writers. It's one of those things that pisses me off, along with "goldberg" chants for Ryback etc.

Terry's feed me more chants were classic.

Also, boring chants have their place. I mark when boring chants break out and bury a terrible match or segment. The Goldberg chants were funny too. you could have the worst wrestling programming in the world but if the crowd has witty chants I'll probably watch

You ever seen PWG Dolph's? They're insane.

This is pretty normal for them.

:smug: best crowds in the world BABAY! As for people hating JJ, they watch shoot videos and think its gospel. "Oh Nash said Jarrett pushed himself, Cornette said he sucks" Nash would piss in your ear and tell you it's raining. Those promos right there are what make me still love professional wrestling.
