one thing to consider:

Vince McMahon has officially retired as WWE CEO.

this does NOT mean he's stepping away from creative, hence why I wont celebrate too much. this could be simbolic in nature, he's still on the board of directors and majority owner etc etc.

That is not correct. He is now legally forbidden to be involved in any decisions for WWE without holding a shareholder's meeting.

As if that'd make a difference. If Vince calls Steph and says "push XY", they'll sure as shit push XY and there won't be anyone who'll go to the police to rat about it.

I am not going to read 25 pages of stuff.

This is not a work. If Vince tried to pull something like this, he would be facing jail time and lawsuits. Public companies are legally required to do everything in their power to benefit shareholders. This is why Twitter is suing Elon Musk.

Stephanie McMahon is now the boss. Even with Khan as Co CEO, she is the chairwoman. She is the boss

Maybe. But the point is legally Steph could tell him no. And Vince would have no recourse except to call a shareholder's meeting.

I wonder what Vince is gonna do with himself. The man was literally addicted to work. I don’t think he ever took a vacation :lol
Trying to lure women in his limo with autographed pictures of Roman Reigns.
