I'm curious to see how this plays into the Sasha situation if any at all. Guess it depends which side of the fence you are on and whether she was actually released or not.

With all the sexual allegations and his aging, I think it's best for Vince to finally hang it up. He's been running the company since 1982, which you have to admit, 40 years is a helluva run.

He's credited to giving us The 1980s Wrestling Boom with the poster boy of it all, Hulk Hogan, the New Generation Era, The Attitude Era, Ruthless Aggression Era, The PG Era, The Reality Era, and the current era, the New Era, which each one gave us many memorable moments.

After his retirement, things are gonna look different. I'm interest to see where it's heading moving forward.

If she’s not released yet I imagine she’s about to be. They have bigger problems in house than locking up a person under contract.

I think she's gone and done with wrestling least for a few years

I think his legacy will always be mixed. There is the memories he created and his longevity, but there then is stuff like the creative decisions which drove fans away, the sexual allegations, and more.

What will be more interesting. Is steph a lock? How will legends loyal to Vince react? I don't think we'd have got stone cold back if Vince had already been gone

I could see a release (though from what seems to be implied by SRS, she's not able to take wrestling bookings until Jan 1st which screams longer no compete, hence lawyers) and then perhaps reach out for a new deal if and when the regime change is factually different. but with all the damage they've done, they may do more good by just letting her off on good terms and hoping to bring her back willingly later on. thats how I would play it, if Im trips
