I'm going off what the original allegations were. If it's nonconsensual then yes, it is illegal.

Depends on how they view doubling someone's salary at the time you are making budget cuts? Hella suspect that the person Vince was fucking gets her pay doubled at a time where WWE was looking to save money. That is using company money and what could bring vince down. Not the NDA but that part.

Well according to some (cant quote) vince is supposed to disclose any ndas in regards to in work relations to the board n possibly shareholders since a wwe employee is involved n they would legally have the right to know
