No, no he isn't.

He still has 80% of the voting power and most of the people who are a part of the board of directors are Vince appointees. This is purely a PR move to distance himself from the full day-to-day operations. Whether people like it or not, Vince McMahon is going to stay as de facto head of the company until he dies.

Not really, Vince is not leaving the company and I think we all are pretty aware of this. Especially since he hasn't used company finances to pay off this woman.

And while we're at it, fuck Brad Shephard for outing the woman involved in this whole affair, what a fucking cunt move to dox and reveal her identity.
