I would not consider slapping your partner in the face self defense, ever, especially when you are around trained fighters for 3 decades and very well are aware of a multitude of deescalating techniques or takedowns. he wasn't in any sort of danger. He got away with it because he has money and is white. period.

As I said the only thing I have heard about White is hes cheap to pay his stars which is why so many left the company like Frances, but other then that I never heard anything bad about him, I wonder if under knew owner ship the WWE stars will get paid like UFC stars since its same owner now, Vince was at least decent at paying his people a good wage, wont say he treated his people great, because he sent Mickie trash bags with her stuff, but yes Vince is a known POS

on topic of fighter and wrestler pay, I agree.

What I think will happen after the merger is you will very rarely see old ppl get renewed for big deals, and you certainly wont see midcard guys get big money deals. they gonna push all the people on cheap deals from their student recruitment program and pay those ppl peanuts to replace the old mid carders. the top of the card will be paid well, but I could see the bottom half of the roster not getting nearly as much as the pie as time goes on. this will take time tho obviously wont happen overnight

That is typically not how subpoenas work at all. First of all I think you're referring to a search warrant, as a subpoena is literally summons from a judge. It could be an order to appear, it could be issuing a search warrant, etc. You've watched too much law and order.

Search warrants don't usually come with charges prior to the search being made. Hence the reason for the search warrant. It does require a court order issued by a judge, after meeting a burden of proof (clear and convincing). Now it's possible that there's enough evidence to arrest while the subpoena is issued, but not always.

Either way, this is far from a fishing expedition.

Especially with white collar federal crimes.
