Ah, so you became a fan of him around the time I did, which is cool. When he was wrestling in Progress, Evolve, FIP, and such, and that has happened with me before on certain people. I begin memeing them and all, and then become a fan and all, like Chris Hero. Though anytime I see someone I love in the indies or elsewhere get signed to WWE...I die a bit inside.
Back then my dislike of WWE had not grew yet :lol And plus AEW wasn’t a thing yet for me to love :hmm: so I was like cool, a place I can easily see him… cause I HATE watching stuff on my laptop, if I can easily get stuff up on my tv I’m good. So basically was more me being happy he was in a place as I said I can see him. He’s basically one of the few reasons I stay watching. Like I was mad he got drafted to Raw because at that point I stopped watching Raw, like completely. I jokingly blame Eva, but she just was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Like if I ever miss Raw(like I did last week because of the Georgia vs Bama game) I just find his segments basically and like any other few people I care for… honestly could probably just do that over suffering for 3 hours every week tho

Fair enough, and I get that. My main problem is just that whatever they build themself up as in the Indies, WWE comes in changes all their shit and I hate that a lot. One of the few things I will credit to AEW for allowing/doing. I know, someone else who does they hate WWE, but still watch segments and such of their favorites there, and truthfully it is how I am with AEW to some extent since they have a few people I liked in the indies, japan, wwe, and so forth, a good example is Malakai Black or Kidd Bandit.

This angle has potential as long as they stick with it, not like with Drew McIntyre. I'm glad he bounced back, but they dropped the Chosen One thing super fast. They should go all in with Theory, he could get some really good heal heat having the backing from the boss, and getting opportunities & shit.

If it was me, I'd have Austin win the Rumble for DAT HEAT, or at least Vince heavily favouring him. Like getting the 30 spot or some shit.

I don't think they'll do that, but man, if they wanted to strap a rocket to him and show he's getting favourable treatment, that's how you'd do it.

This storyline with Vince isnt doing him any favors imo. Just makes him look like a dork.

And yeah Vince seeing main event potential in someone means literally zero.

I am on with Vince on this one. Austin Theory is great, decent in the ring, has charisma, knows how to get heel heat that feels natural. Good call on this one. I hope he does become a main eventer one day.
