To him coming back as CEO would the board or shareholders not have to vote on it? I know he owns the most shares but that only give him so much voting power. Could he mean on screen only? As far as the accusations, that we all know are very likely true nothing has been proven and that's his wiggle room he needs to change minds. Because in that walk of life with that money, payouts don't mean anything to his peers.
