for example :
He has brought back some of his old staff such as Brad Blum

why would there be any reason to doubt this when it's probably very easy to check lol

it's funny I just listened to Grapsody Podcast and Phil Lindsey the GOAT just talked about this and I feel like it was just displayed in real time for me

Some people don't want to debate things, they just want to argue with the picture on the profile (in this case meltzer)

Vince McMahon executes & delivers written consent on 1/16, WWE stockholders approval is not required to approve McMahon’s actions

renderTimingPixel.png

“In a new SEC filing, it is noted that on January 16th, Vince, in his capacity to do so as controlling stockholder of WWE, “executed and delivered a written consent (the “January 16th Consent”) taking certain actions by consent without a meeting in accordance with Section 228 of the DGCL to substantially repeal the January 5th Amendments”.
“It is also noted that no further approval of the stockholders in WWE is required to approve any of McMahon’s actions in accordance with the January 16th consent.”

A couple months or so back there were reports that Vince believed he was given "bad advice" to step down. I assume he's been planning this since then

I want to know who exactly gave him bad advice considering he brought all his prior cronies.
