Word is now that minority stockholders are preparing a lawsuit against Vince for breaking his fiduciary responsibilities to the stock holders, something I have seen coming for about a week now.
You can't do all this non transparent stuff in a publicly traded company and I would have wished Vince would have learned this in the past 24 years.
Basically expelling the Chairwoman during a time of fiduciary success is not in the best interests of the stock holders.
