Duke Rufus is the coach of Anthony Pettis, who's known for some of the flashiest moves in the UFC today. Pettis is a Tae Kwon Do fighter which has not been a very prominent style used in MMA. But one person who has been a known TKD fighter is Joe Rogan - the UFC color commentator is a 2nd degree black belt in the discipline and has a slew of championship accolades to back.
Rogan recently stopped by at the Duke Rufus university of striking, and the two made a video. Here is the result:

Personally I think TKD is an underutilized form of fighter that is definitely transferable in MMA. This is pretty fucking cool!
