Ill have to agree with everyone else. I like it, it is really simple and really effective! With the name, possibly make the reflection a little more transparent, and have it fade out as it goes down.

Nice man. I like the use of pictures, looks good. Text is nice too. But turn down the opacity a bit, and use a soft brush to fade it, also maybe distort the text so the reflections on an angle. Overall, nice poster, good work.
