For real though, I have no hatred towards TNA, but I do have interest in its progression. I don't watch the product at the moment because of how lacklustre it is for me personally. However, unlike some people on here, I ain't some WWE mark - despite the fucking award - that wants TNA to fall and jumps on the hate bandwagon whenever possible. I want the company to succeed so BOTH TNA and WWE do better. Competition = GOOD, and company success or lack of it interests me. This topic in particular is also a good topic to discuss because there's plenty of directions it can go. The one annoying ass thing with you fanboys is how damn defensive ya'll get.
Maybe you should apply to become the head of the marketing department at TNA. Clearly they have no idea what they are doing. So much for them coming to my area anytime soon. :upset:

But yea, if Lockdown 2012 wasn't a big enough clue maybe this will help TNA realize: You are not filling the niche for WCW fans in the South that you thought you would be 15 years later. Time to move on and find a market that isn't 100% apathetic towards your product
Good luck getting your roster to agree to work overseas 3/4 of the year, but if they somehow were down, sure. The UK?

Get in touch with a local pizza joint and give away free tickets with a large pizza or SOMETHING. Having your boys, including guys like Angle and sting who have been everyone and done everything, go out in front of those crowds has to be completely demoralizing.I'd venture to say we had a bigger crowd than the Albany, Ga., show at the ROH debut show held in Birmingham. I was excited they came to Huntsville and had hopes they might eventually come to Birmingham since it's closer to me. At this rate, not likely.
It seems like a big problem of theirs has been marketing for quite a while now. You can't expect minimal advertising to draw a large crowd. They aren't WWE, and even as big as WWE is they still heavily promote their shows and appearances. TNA doesn't have their clout or as big of a fan-base, so it stands to reason they should advertise and promote the hell out of their shows. Not enough to annoy people by shoving it down their throats, but enough to at least get people's attention. They might not get huge ass crowds, but at least it'd be better than this shit.

That might be the perception, but wrestling is popular on both coasts and in Texas atm, it seems to be floundering in the South. Vegas provided TNA with much better crowds, but they never do house shows there or in CA to my knowledge. I'm sure a west coast house show tour with decent advertising would attrack more than 200 fucking people.haha they won't, just highly doubt getting out of the South will make much of a difference. Don't most people view wrestling as a southern "sport" anyway? (Great call on GN there!)
