Definitely a good piece.
I really like the background work. It's a unique jungle look that's really appealing. The render is okay. It'd be great if you upped the opacity on it because the lower opacity on it just looks weird. Text is okay- the red coloring kinda' interrupts the flow. Maybe try playing with the blending modes on it so that it flows more?
