Rather than writing a new article, Variety updated the 'Spider-Man: No Way Home' record breaking viewership report to contain the updated 'Venom: Let There Be Carnage' news.

Sony recently pushed its other upcoming comic book feature, 'Venom: Let There Be Carnage', from September to October (although a studio insider says rumors the film will move further to 2022 are NOT true).

This story has been updated to reflect that 'Venom: Let There Be Carnage' will NOT be moving from its October release date, per a studio insider.

I expect this movie to be polarizing once again like the first one. A lot of people hated it, but I absoutely loved it. Wouldn't be surprised if it's the same deal here again. I do love Woody Harrelson but he can be very hit or miss in his roles. Sometimes he pops off like True Detective or Natural Born Killers and other times I just feel myself underwhelemed by his work. You never can be quite sure what you're going to get with him.

I'm not sure if he'll be as good as Riz Ahmed in the first movie, who I thought did a pretty good job.

LOL with Sony's ADD with these release dates. They've changed it like twice within one month of release. This COVID thing is really getting to them. Shang-Chi's box office is no doubt the reason they probably have renewed confidence. I can't see this movie getting good reviews but the first one was shit on and still made a ton of money so it doesn't matter lmao. Truthfully I havent even seen Venom cause it looked like absolute trash but I'll probably watch it before this new one comes out cause I plan on seeing it.

Not a fan of the trailers but honestly they are rarely indicative of the finished product you see in the theater anyway....

I've not seen anything Andy Serkis has directed yet so I could end up being surprised. I hated Hardy's accent in the first one. Looks like nothings changed there...

Even if it ends up being trash people will still go and see it. I mean, people still watch Raw right??
