Machete looks way better than that movie. Is it possible to have something below low budget? Because that's what this looks like.

I don't know, Machete purposely looks low budget whereas Vengeance looks low budget because they couldn't afford one. Is it a straight to video release? I might consider downloading it to watch, but I'd just as well save my money for Machete.
