I know someone played Hogan and I was like wow... this Hogan has as much charisma as my toilet.

The best Hulk Hogan I've seen played was by Dademo. He won a World Championship and King of the Ring with him in ETW, but also a World Championship in CWA too. I can also remember The Real Chris playing him (won a UCW US Championship as Hollywood Hogan) and Vita too (won a UCW World Tag Team Championship as Hollywood Hogan too). Apparently rey619 won the CWA Tag Team Championships with Hulk Hogan & John Cena, but that's it. Don't remember any other Hogans, but maybe one of those names are who you're looking for.
