Updated NXT Takeover Card

Okay so here is the updated card as of this past Thursday's released taping, for those of you who don't know the Match card is pretty much already set and I will have that in a spoiler below for those who want to know but for those keeping score with the tapings as they get released and not spoiling them below is what you should know by now

NXT Championship Match:

Adrian Neville (c.) vs. Tyson Kidd - Singles Match



Vacant NXT Women's Championship Match:

Charlotte vs. Natalya or Sasha Banks (Winner determined on 5/22's released tapings) -Singles Match



NXT Tag Team Championship Match:

Ascension (Konnor and Viktor) (c.) vs. El Local (Played by the one and only Ricardo Rodriguez) and Kalisto - Tag Match

Again this is simply how the card looks as of 5/15's released NXT Tapings.
Below in the spoiler is what the matchcard looks like with next week's results included, I didn't look myself I just copied it and will paste it blindly in a spoiler and post quick =P

I believe it said there could be more matches added via announcements on the Network but I didn't want to risk seeing the results so.. please if you wanna discuss the spoiled matches plz use spoilers, but if you just wanna comment on any of the matches already announced since 5/15's taping than feel free.​

They're not wrestling regularly on the main roster (or at least, Kidd isn't - I don't know much about what Natalya's been doing recently) so it makes sense to let them put on a good show in NXT, put over talent and then WWE can think about what to do with them.

Now the updated card as of Thursday's NXT looks like this in case you guys didn't know already:

Neville v. Kidd - Title Match
Charolette v. Natty - Title Match
Ascension v Kalisto and El Local - Title Match
Sami Zayn v Tyler Breeze - Feuding match
Adam Rose v Camacho - Feuding Match.

I didn't see anything that says more to come but that looks like a decent show for being their 2nd "PPV" or w/e you wanna call it.

Apparently the winner of Zayn vs Breeze is the new #1 contender according to wikipedia. I haven't seen NXT in some time now, so I wouldn't know. (I'll be catching up soon.)

Yeah that would make sense..
Basically there was a Battle Royale which led to Zayn/Kidd/Breeze being the final 3 who got eliminated at the "same time although Breeze' feet touched later IMO" and then there was a triple thread between those three to see who would face Neville at Takeover (Kidd won that) which leaves Zayn and Breeze to fight for the new #1 contender spot.

Yeah unfortunately it's hard to time it just right to where all three guys touch the floor at the same time but idk that one was noticeable to me (whether it be because I was pulling hard for Breeze to be the #1 Contender or simply because it was that obvious) It's whatever though I like how both the matchups played out; Zayn vs Breeze is going to be a great match IMO.

I've never actually seen Breeze wrestle, but I'll be sure to see him vs Zayn. And speaking of Zayn, I loved his match vs Cesaro... I think it was a year ago? Those two should be in the main roster within 5 years (if Breeze really is as good as I've heard he is).

Zayn and Cesaro went at it at NXT arRIVAL the first PPV not too long ago Feb 27 or 28; dope as fuck match IMO.
I think Breeze has come into his own, I used to not like him but over the past like 5 months he's grown on me.

Essentially yes, they've kinda toned back on preserving his good looks as much after they showed him take a boot to the face from someone (can't quite recall who atm). But yeah the Selfie-obsessed part will get him by for awhile while that shit is still a craze.
