Today the WWE filed their dismissal of the lawsuit filed by Scott Levy,Mike Sanders and Chris Kanyon. Most interesting thing is the real contracts of the wrestlers were posted also. If you have ever wondered about the languagea and guarantees the contracts are an interesting read even with all the legal stuff.

After reading the contracts I find it hard to believe how anybody signs them. You pay for everything (travel, wardrobe, training and drug-test by a doctor of their choosing) and they keep most of the money u earn. If if you get hurt in the ring it decreases the wages you earn by 5 percent (if u are out 6 weeks) and by the way you have to provide your own medical insurance. There is no kind of retirement benefits so that is why we see wrestlers keep going in small promotion into their later years. Maybe the contracts are different for bigger stars but they were pretty universal for the three of them. The final thing is that they can fire you anytime they want. With people agreeing to these terms no wonder Vince is rolling in the dough. I hope for all wrestler's sake that they win this lawsuit because these term are ridiculous. If any other promotion wants to be a real threat to the WWE it should be easy just give them benefits lol.

No they shouldn't win this law suit. Nobody forced them to sign these contracts and Vince can run his business how he sees fit.

You don't have to like it, but he does have that right.

Exactly.

It's a contract, not the terms of a blackmail.
