Update on Johnny Gargano's contract status

I'd pop hard if he did BOLA but like I said in the NXT thread Tuesday, I think he's most likely taking a few months off of everything and weigh some options until the baby is born in February.

always good to keep your expectations low for winter is coming. i like it

I felt like he would be taking time off now for the baby aswell. Guy seems to have been at it non-stop in NXT and I don't recall any big injury or anything that kept him off of TV unless i'm just drawing a blank.

Could quite easily jump around some indy feds for a few months to bring some money in while not committing to anything then when he wants to come back, could quite easily play both companies off of each other to get whatever he's looking for.

Hell of a run in NXT. He's been a part of some of my favourite moments from the brand, I still randomly think about his match with Andrade like on the daily from Takeover: Philadelphia. Amazing shit.

Apparently they added time to his contract cause of his injury. We’ll see what he does when that time comes.
