And he's probably end up getting all the convictions for all of that, while that pos Kyle Rittenhouse walks around free.

Honestly any capable defense lawyer would absolutely destroy the terrorism charge.
I mean... would it make a huge difference when it comes down to what the jury's gonna decide?

I'm sure this whole case gonna be a huge shitshow at the end of the day.

Well terrorism would be a charge that goes on the federal level, and it's intentionally difficult to prove except in actually blatant cases of mass terrorism (read: Arab man blows up a shopping mall).

If the courts are too heavy handed on attacking the criminal based on false terroristic motives, the jury might not be too sympathetic with the prosecution.

Yea, I can see that. Tbh though, I wouldn't really put trust in the procedure when it comes to a case like this.

Luigi Mangione pleaded not guilty Monday to New York state charges in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, as his defense complained about police parading him in “perp walks” that are “perfectly choreographed, utterly political.”

Mangione wore a white shirt under a maroon sweater and light colored pants in his arraignment before Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Gregory Carro.

Manhattan prosecutors last week unsealed an 11-count indictment against Mangione, charging him with a host of crimes connected to the Dec. 4 slaying.

Attorney General Pamela Bondi on Tuesday directed federal prosecutors to seek the death penalty for Luigi Mangione, the man accused of gunning down UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in New York City last year.

Mangione, 26, was federally charged in December with stalking and murdering Thompson after the CEO was fatally shot on the streets of midtown Manhattan. He was also charged with first-degree murder in furtherance of terrorism by state prosecutors.

Bondi said that she was directing prosecutors to seek the death penalty as part of "President Trump’s agenda to stop violent crime and Make America Safe Again."

Yea, no surprise there and I'm sure if they put it on him then he'll be dead within months, if not weeks.

If he gets the death penalty, it wont happen right away. They could appeal it and that could take months.
