Ahh, it'll be wonderful to have just 1 of these things around. Great.

If there's a positive spin you can make to the new mid-card belt, it would be a new beginning for the IC Championship on a young star that could easily become a main-eventer. The "new" IC Championship will already be established as a belt you win to start your ascent up the ladder.

Call me skeptical, though.
