Again. No legit wrestling news source has reported on taker retiring.

lmao, you've obviously failed to notice the yellow color in that font, homie.

Of course I'm not gonna believe Taker's retiring unless I hear it from the man himself.

He's not retired, I very much doubt it as he still has some gas left in the tank.
When he does go I hope he manages to pull off one last great match against a worthy opponent. As if last night was his last it wasn't the ideal send off for one of the greatest of all time.

He ain't retiring. Hes gonna do a European tour. Taker has still got a few Wrestlemanias in him if he stays healthy. In 2015 him and Brock won MOTY with Hell in a Cell. Taker vs Shane is gonna be a strong candidate for MOTY for 2016.

This should have been it for Taker

Not that I really gave a shit about that match either, but that felt like a proper send off. The end of an era! Except HHH and Taker are still the main draws for Mania 5 years later lol
WrestleMania 28 had more than 1 false tagline. :pity1:

Not everyone knows the not-so popular trend of hinting sarcasm with font colors. It's my personal mission to make it standard. :eek:tunga:

Anyways, Undertaker retiring might be a possibility but rumors are rumors. WWE is the only reliable source when it comes to wrestlers statuses and Undertaker retiring is something that's been coming up on the mill since 2000.

On a second note; weren't you limited yesterday? :joeyryan:

lol Taker wins a match where his career is on the line, and then he ends up retiring on his own afterwards anyway? That would just make the whole Undertaker/Shane/Authority storyline even stupider than it already was.

If The Undertaker was retired, WWE would be making a huge deal out of it and at the very least be publishing the news all over their website, even if the man himself Mark Calloway didn't want to make a big hoopla out of it. Also, as mentioned it was announced weeks ago that Taker would be on WWE's European tour in a wrestling capacity, so we've known for sometime that he wasn't gonna be done after Mania.

That said, I personally thought this year's Wrestlemania would have been the perfect time for him to retire. "Biggest Mania of all time" (though it was nothing of the sort), it's in Texas, Taker's up there in age, Streak is long dead, etc. If they stuck to the original plans of saving Brock/Taker III for WM instead of blowing it off at Hell In A Cell, that would have been an excellent way to bow out with Taker's career on the line. Then Heyman could brag about how Brock used to be the 1 in 21-1 and is now the 2 in 22-2.

To add to the post above ^

And that he retired one of the biggest icons in wrestling history!

Also taker vs a train just came on summerslam 2003. I just turned it on a little bit ago lol how ironic I randomly saw this post.

I really thought his segment (I forget exactly which ppv maybe NOC) when he interrupted Lesnar's match and tombstone him and walked out would have been absolutely perfect. Especially if they saved that for a mania. Fuck over the guy who ended the streak and be done.
