Thursday Night iMPACT Live from ECW Arena, Philly
1. The Show from the ECW Arena opens up with hightlight Package of Paul Heyman, ending with the famous “Hey Network! I dare ya to throw me off the air!â€
2. Opening Segment: Paul Heyman + The iMPACT Players + Stone Cold Steve Austin + Sheamus + Desmond Wolfe + Cody Rhodes + Drew McIntyre
- Paul Heyman comes out with his personal security once again, he begins by explaining he needs to protect himself from the filth of the ECW Arena.
- Straight away drawing heat from the ECW fans, Paul Heyman continues to belittle ECW fans before Stone Cold arrives.
- Stone Cold returns the favour towards Heyman, the fans are lapping this up as SCSA proceeds to taunt Heyman.
- Heyman reminds Austin that this isn’t the same iMPACT from moons ago, this iMPACT has a New Regime.
- With that, Heyman ushers out a motley crew of wrestlers, Drew McIntyre, Cody Rhodes & the iMPACT Players.
- They surround Austin taunting him, Austin gets ready to brawl the lot, with the extremely lively ECW crowd rallying behind Austin; but before anything kicks off Desmond Wolfe’s theme hits.
- Wolfe comes out in a suit and takes off his shades; he looks smug as Austin is surrounded, the entire New Regime suddenly pounce on Austin.
- Austin attempts to fight back with everything he’s got but he’s heavily out numbered!
- Sheamus suddenly storms through the crowd with a steel chair and singles it wildly, clearing the ring, Austin and Sheamus bump into each other and begin to exchange words.
- Meanwhile on the entrance ramp, Heyman screams at Austin and Sheamus and reminds them they are under him and he has decided to make it a 5v2 handicap match, unless Austin and Sheamus can find any other tag team partners!
3. Backstage Segment, Lockerroom: The Undertaker
- The Undertaker with his arms cross watches the events that just happened on the outside and nods his head.
- He then looks at the camera “Some people just need to learn the hard way…â€
4. Opening Match, Hardcore Match: Rob Van Dam w/Bill Alfonso vs. Sabu
- Fonzy comes out for this match, representing RVD.
- A lot of chair throwing going on this match, Alfonso helping out both men while calling it right down the middle!
- Sabu then turns on Alfonso, with the help of the rest of L.A.W!
- Sabu wins the match hitting RVD with the Atomic Arabian facebuster!
- Winner via pinfall at 03:12: Sabu
5. Backstage Segment: Cody Rhodes + Drew McIntyre + Desmond Wolfe + Paul Heyman
- Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre bust into Wolfe’s lockerroom and remind him that he’s only in the title match to help out Cody Rhodes.
- Wolfe blows them off and say he makes his own decision and he’s got bigger fish to fry that a pretty boy like Cody Rhodes.
- Heyman finally comes in and settles the men down before reminding them, they got a big match to win tonight.
6. Singles Match: Jon Moxley vs. Samoa Joe
- Both Men get a very warm reception from the crowd because their pasts with the arena but surprisingly the fans rally behind Moxley.
- Moxley and Joe brawl most of the match, not a pretty much but really well worked.
- Samoa Joe keeps hitting Moxley with really stiff moves but Moxley continually gets back up to his feet.
- The finish comes from Samoa Joe hitting the Muscle Buster followed up with the Rear Naked Choke!
- Winner via TKO at 08 :20: Samoa Joe
7. Backstage Segment, Lockerroom: Stone Cold Steve Austin & Sheamus
- The two stare each other, Sheamus drinking Guinness and SCSA drinking Steveweiser.
- Austin breaks the silence by asking the Pale Bastard whether he’s found anyone.
- Sheamus hasn’t, he returns the compliment to Austin asking if the hick has found anyone.
- Both men shake their heads without any luck.
8. 4 Man Over the Top Battle Royal: The Undertaker vs. Evan Bourne vs. Scott Steiner vs. Muhammed Hassan
- Hassan is the first one eliminated after making insulting all the Americans in the attendance, Steiner first hits him with the Belly to Back Suplex, Bourne hits the Shooting Star Press before Undertaker tosses Hassan over the top rope – Hassan eliminated
- Evan Bourne is next to go over fending off both men, he goes for a high risk move but Undertaker catches him into a Chokeslam before tossing him over the top rope. – Bourne eliminated
- Undertaker and Steiner brawl for about three minutes, hitting signature moves on each other but as Undertaker goes to toss Steiner over the top rope; Heyman shows up.
- Heyman distracts Taker, taunting him, as Taker goes to turn back around, Steiner nails him in the head with a steel chair before tossing the limp body of Undertaker over the top rope.
- Winner at 07:49: Scott Steiner

10. Main Event, 5 on 3 Handicap Tag Team Match: The New Regime (Cody Rhodes, Drew McIntyre, Desmond Wolfe, Lance Storm & Justin Credible) w/ Chelsea, Dawn Marie & Paul Heyman vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin, Sheamus & The Undertaker
- The fans go nuts when Undertaker arrives as Stone Cold Steve Austin & Sheamus’ extra man.
- The match begins with a massive brawl in the ring with the entire New Regime being cleared from the ring.
- Then slowly goes back into the New Regime favour as they begin to play dirty and beat down on Austin the majority of the match.
- Austin fails to get a tag into Sheamus or the Undertaker due to Mike Choida getting distracted.
- Austin finally makes the tag into Sheamus.
- Sheamus clears house, taking out the entire New Regime before hitting the Borge Kick on Credible but Wolfe is the legal man.
- The match falls at apart at this point.
- Sheamus then hits the Irish Curse (Backbreaker) on Wolfe for a two count!
- McIntyre then nails Sheamus with the Future Shock DDT but Taker makes the save.
- Taker nails a Double Chokeslam to the iMPACT Players then goes for the Big Boot on Cody Rhodes but nails Choida.
- Now it gets dirty.
- Undertaker gets nailed in the back with a steel chair from Paul Heyman, but Taker doesn’t get hurt leading to Taker to setting Heyman up for the Tombstone Piledriver but Chelsea hits Taker in the back of the head with the loaded handbag.
- Austin gets back into the ring, and hits Paul Heyman with the Raven Effects DDT but then get’s low blow’d by Dawn Marie, then the iMPACT Players nail Austin with the Double Superkick!
- Sheamus being the last man standing against four members of the New Regime.
- Sheamus puts up a fight hitting all his finishing moves, including the Borge Kick to Credible, Celtic Cross to Drew McIntyre, The Irish Curse to Cody Rhodes and the Fiery Red Hand to Lance Storm.
- But before Sheamus can do anything else, he gets kicked in the balls by Desmond Wolfe before being hit with the Jawbreaker Lariat, leading to the winning fall for The New Regime.
- Winner via pinfall at 17:02: The New Regime
11. The show comes to an end with Desmond Wolfe lifting the TNA World Heavyweight Championship above his head.
